Getting Ready for the New Forest Show

It is less than six weeks to go until the 2016 New Forest and Hampshire County Show which is taking place on 26th, 27th and 28th July at New Park, Brockenhurst. Show organisers are busy preparing for the annual three day agricultural event and have implemented several changes to improve the experience for visitors at this year’s Show. New Forest Agricultural Society Elects Royal President

Her Royal Highness, The Countess of Wessex has been elected as 79th President of the New Forest Agricultural Show Society at their Annual General Meeting. The meeting took place at the Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst on Wednesday 24th February. The election of Her Royal Highness as President of the New Forest Agricultural Show Society follows a previous visit to the Show by The Earl and Countess of Wessex in 2013. The Countess of Wessex also attended a Next Generation.
