New Forest and Hampshire County Show groundsman wins two Awards
Marty Meaker, newly appointed groundsman at the New Forest and Hampshire County Show has been awarded Apprentice of the Year and Conservation Apprentice of the Year by Kingston Maurwood College. The awards follow Marty’s completion of the apprentice ranger scheme. The awards ceremony took place on Thursday 28th March at the New Forest National Park Authority offices in Lymington, Hampshire. Entries open for New Forest Show Open Art Competition
-Art competitions at the 2019 New Forest and Hampshire County Show have been confirmed as open classes. Entries will be accepted from anyone including artists from outside of Hampshire. The 2019 New Forest Show is taking place on 30th, 31st July & 1st August at New Park, Brockenhurst. The Art Schedule can be downloaded now from the New Forest Show Website: www.newforestshow.co.uk.
