New Forest & Hampshire County Show | Tradestand Prices & Information

More than 600 tradestands are welcomed to the New Forest Show each year. Exhibitors sell a wide variety of different products and services in different locations across the showground.

Located at New Park in the heart of the New Forest National Park, the Show is a long established three day agricultural event. The Show attracts on average 91,000 visitors across its duration.

You are invited to complete and return the interactive tradestand application forms available below.

The New Forest Show is proud to have gained a reputation for being a successful trading opportunity with many businesses having attended for a number of years. Whilst our re-book rate is relatively high new opportunities arise each and every year.

Included in the cost of exhibiting with us are the following benefits:

– Three full days of trading with various open space and covered stand options

– Dedicated Exhibitor parking and camping areas (camping available at an additional cost)

– A full listing within our Show Guide

– Name and web listing on our website

-An allocated number of admission tickets with additional ticket available at a heavily discounted rate.

-Roaming site security 24 hours a day during set up periods and on Show days.

-A dedicated Show Office team ready and willing to offer support and guidance

How to Apply:

Existing Exhibitors: As in previous years our existing exhibitors have the opportunity to rebook or request an alternative location before we start to except new stand holders. In order to take advantage of this please complete and return the relevant applications forms along with full payment. New Exhibitors: We are delighted you wish to become a part of our Show and look forward to receiving your application. Please ensure you include a photograph of your products/ stand set up, failure to do so may impede you being selected to exhibit with us. All information you send will help us to make an informed decision about your application. Please do not assume that you have been allocated a stand until you have received written confirmation from the Show Office. Catering and Bar Concessions: Please note that contracts for both onsite catering concessions and bar facilities are dealt with separately to applications for tradestand space.
