What you can enter
Competition classes
Eight competition areas across the three days — for amateurs and professionals alike.

Equine
The Show is famous for its equine competitions — more than 2,500 horses and riders compete in over 50 prestigious qualifying classes across the three days.


Floral Art
Colourful displays enjoyed by visitors across all three days, with a wide range of classes celebrating creativity, skill and traditional craftsmanship.

Art Pavilion
A flair for art of any kind? Join professional and amateur artists who come together to display a variety of their works at the Show.

Blacksmiths
Watch blacksmiths battle against the clock, demonstrating their wrought-iron skills in live competitions. Both static and live classes, for amateurs and professionals.

Honey & Bees
Run by the New Forest Beekeepers Association, welcoming entries from beekeepers around the area for a wide variety of classes.

Vegetables
A staple of the New Forest & Hampshire Show — the Vegetable Competition is your chance to show off your prize vegetables against some of the very best.

Women’s Institute
The WI have supported and exhibited at the New Forest Show ever since it was established in 1920, attending every single Show. Take a look at the schedule for the variety of classes.

How do I enter a competition at the New Forest Show?
