Calling all foodies – this year’s Demo Kitchen welcomes the bold and authentic flavours of Thailand, brought to you by Suttichai Se-Upara, owner of Annisa’s Thai Kitchen in Lyndhurst.

A Culinary Journey to Thailand

At Annisa’s, guests are treated to fresh, home-cooked Thai dishes that capture the spirit of Thailand’s bustling street food scene, as well as regional specialities from Isaan and the South.

What makes Annisa’s even more special is its celebration of local New Forest produce. From free-range meat, eggs and honey sourced from nearby farms and butchers, to seafood from the Hampshire coast and freshly grown vegetables and mushrooms, only the best local ingredients make it.

Live Demos All Three Days

Sutti will be sharing his passion for Thai cuisine in the Demo Kitchen across all three days of the Show. Here’s what you can expect from Sutti across the three days:

29th July: New Forest Marque beef panang red curry with jasmine rice (homemade curry paste)

30th July: Thai Tom yum soup with local caught fish and seafood with new Forest mushrooms

31st July: Stir fried English summer vegetables with noodles (vegetarian)
