With over 15 years of experience working in top restaurants across the UK and time spent in Spain and France, Daniel Burrell is Executive Chef at The Montagu Arms in Beaulieu, New Forest.
Daniel’s cooking sees British home comforts reimagined in elevated and exciting ways, providing elegant and modern yet unpretentious dishes. The menus champion seasonality and the fresh hyper local Hampshire ingredients, for which The Terrace is renowned. In addition, Daniel utilises a variety of home-grown fruit, vegetables and herbs from the hotel’s own kitchen garden, and works closely with British suppliers to source the very best quality and ethically produced ingredients.
With over six years of experience in top restaurants across the UK and beyond, Monty Stonehewer is Head Chef at fine-dining restaurant The Terrace at The Montagu Arms, located in Beaulieu in the New Forest.
