Our website – www.newforestshow.co.uk (our site). This includes information provided at the time of subscribing to our newsletter or requesting further information on the services we provide. (Full Name, Job Title, Contact Addresses, Email Addresses, Contact Telephone Numbers). Details of your visits to our website and the resources/pages that you access.

 

Stewards Forms – This includes information provided at the time of completing the stewards details form (Full Name, Job Title, Contact Addresses, Email Addresses, Contact Number, Date of Birth).

Depending on the type of information and the way we received it, we may use your information for a number of purposes including:

  • To contact you (for example, to answer a query you have)
  • To provide you with information relating to our products and services

  • Stewards Only – To ensure you are covered by our insurance whilst stewarding at the Show
