Join us for a Little New Park Rangers taster session at this year’s Show! Our family nature activities, led by our fantastic course leaders will give you the opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of the main showground, connect with nature, learn some new skills and above all have FUN!
The theme of the sessions over the three days will be ‘The Miniature World of the New Forest’. Sessions will focus on minibeasts and pollinating insects and will encourage you to use your imagination and get creative with activities including willow weaving, butterfly making and sculpting your own clay minibeast.
The sessions will take place in the beautiful woodland surrounding our Base Camp which can be found within the Forestry England area.
Spaces are limited so book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please allow approximately 45 minutes per session. Sessions are designed for children aged 5 – 12 years, all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
