Jane Devonshire, winner of MasterChef 2016 will be cooking live for visitors at the 2019 New Forest and Hampshire County Show on Wednesday 31st July at 1.30pm in the Local Produce Market. Jane will be taking centre stage at The Kitchen sponsored by Chewton Glen. In 2016, mother-of-four, Jane Devonshire won the hearts of viewers and the tastebuds of the judges to become the winner of MasterChef. Eagle-eyed viewers would have noticed that nearly all of Jane’s dishes on MasterChef.

Marty Meaker, newly appointed groundsman at the New Forest and Hampshire County Show has been awarded Apprentice of the Year and Conservation Apprentice of the Year by Kingston Maurwood College. The awards follow Marty’s completion of the apprentice ranger scheme. The awards ceremony took place on Thursday 28th March at the New Forest National Park Authority offices in Lymington, Hampshire.
