In 2020 we will be celebrating the 100th anniversary since the very first New Forest Show which was held at Netley Marsh on 1st September 1920. To ensure visitors continue to enjoy the New Forest Show for the next 100 years, we are striving to continue to improve the visitor experience year on year. We are looking to hold some focus group sessions to find out which parts of the New Forest Show experience our visitors like, dislike or would.

This being it’s 99th year, the New Forest & Hampshire Agricultural Show Society welcomes a new Chairman, Martin Stewart, to its historic and prestigious ranks, a tenure that he will hold for five years. Martin says, “It is an absolute honour to be asked to follow Chris Whitlock in the chair". He did a fantastic job steering the Society through changing times. The role has many responsibilities but together with the Board, Chief Executive Denis Dooley, the full time office.
