Paws up for Hoburne Bashley as the park raises thousands for Canine Partners

Hoburne Bashley has presented Canine Partners with a cheque for £6,962 following a year of fundraising for the park’s nominated charity. The team at Hoburne Bashley initially pledged to raise £5,000 for the UK charity that trains assistance dogs to transform the lives of people with disabilities, boosting their confidence and independence. The dogs are taught a range of everyday tasks, including picking up and fetching items, opening doors, and dressing a person. Employees, holiday homeowners and holidaymakers staying at.

Applications open for Samantha and Florence Bailey Bursary

Applications have opened for the Samantha and Florence Bailey Bursary,. The Bursary is administered by the New Forest Agricultural Show Society, organisers of the New Forest and Hampshire County Show. The Samantha and Florence Bailey Bursary was launched in 2018 following the death of Samantha Bailey and her unborn daughter Florence in January 2018. Sam was a young farmer and estate agent living in Tiptoe, Sway. Following in the footsteps of her grandparents and mother she led a wonderful life.

Exclusive Members Only Evening- 7pm Lyndhurst Community Centre In 2020 the New Forest Agricultural Show Society is celebrating its centenary as well as the 100th anniversary of the New Forest Show. To mark its special year, the Society invites you to join them for a talk with local archivist and historian Nick Saunders on the history of the Show. Places will be available exclusively to members until Monday 13th January, after which time we will be opening any remaining places.
