The Show Office is located on the Showground all year round.
The Office is open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm and you are welcome to come down and visit us.

Tickets to the New Forest Show can be purchased on the day both online and on the gate.
Please note the advance ticket discount does not apply to tickets purchase on Show Days.
E-tickets will be sent to you via an email as an attachment as soon as your transaction is complete.
If you do not receive an e-mail please check your junk box in the first instance as occasionally this is where the email is sent.
If you’re still unable to view your e-tickets please email email@example.com where we will endeavour to help you as soon as we can.
If you are purchasing tickets for more than 10 people a discounted group rate will be available.
All disabled visitors entering the New Forest & Hampshire County Show on a paid for adult or senior citizen ticket are entitled to bring one personal assistant free of charge. Please note if the disabled person is a child you will need to buy an adult ticket and claim a free child ticket.

The New Forest Agricultural Show Society is a charity whose objectives are to promote and encourage agriculture, forestry, rural crafts, equestrianism and horticulture in particular to advance education in agriculture and allied industries, in forestry, in equestrianism and in horticulture and to promote the breeding of stock.
We are pleased to consider applications that support our charitable objectives by offering free tickets to the Show.
Charity requests should be submitted in writing, on headed paper, at least 6 weeks before the date of any event and sent to the following address:

Please note that letters from independent fundraisers will only be considered if a registered charity number or letter of authority is provided. Email requests will not be considered.
As we receive many requests for support each year it is not possible to respond to all applications individually. If you have not heard from us within 6 weeks of your submission then we regret that your request has been unsuccessful.
